All of our birthday setups are $100 for a 24 hour rental. This includes the "Happy Birthday", name, age and all matching themes and accessories. Add ons are as follows:

Our realtor setups are broken down below! We can do open houses, welcome homes, just listed, and more! Welcome home setup is $50 for a 24 hour rental and all other realtor setups are $70. Add ons are as follows:
